As a Senior Meeting Planner for LEO Events, Kristina Johnson, CMP, manages and executes logistical details of events and meetings locally and nationally, including the oversight of site selection, hotel contracting, vendor negotiation, budget management, event registration, attendee supervision, project timelines, staffing, logistics, and reporting. Kristina has an extensive background in hotel and catering operations, project management, and leadership. This combination makes her a valuable asset throughout the event process, from contracting and pre-event planning to day-of management and post-event measurement. In 2022, Kristina was recognized as a Trendsetter by Meetings Today, and in 2020, was honored with the LEO Pride Award, an internal recognition celebrating LEO employees who go above and beyond for fellow team members and showcase action, support, consistency, and teamwork.
