What is included in my registration fee?

  • Access to BOTH days of the conference (Monday and Tuesday)
  • Ability to participate in all keynote/education sessions and lounges/meet-ups/round tables (all sessions will be recorded to review after the conference until July 13, 2021)
  • Up to 20.5 Certified Clock Hours (participation will be uploaded to the EIC portal by MPI Potomac or Certificate of Attendance will be sent to you upon request)
  • A SWAG Box will be mailed to all digital attendees and a SWAG bag will be provided to all in-person attendees

How many people will be allowed to attend in-person?

Onsite attendance will be limited, based on county and state COVID restrictions.

What happens if county/state regulations prohibits large in-person gatherings from taking place?

We are closely monitoring the COVID restrictions in the State of Maryland and Prince George’s County If we are not permitted to host an in-person event due to COVID restrictions, we will move to a fully digital experience and communicate those plans accordingly.

What happens to my extra registration fee if I pay for an in-person registration and ReConEx moves to digital only because of COVID restrictions?

Any excess registration fees may be used as credit towards future MPI Potomac events.

Can I attend appointments only?

No, supplier attendees must be a registered for the conference and also include the appointment add-on fee.  Appointments are included in the planner registration fee plus you get $30 MPI Bucks to use at future events for participating.

What is the ReConEx Cancellation Policy?

Registrants who cannot attend ReConEx must provide written notification to MPI Potomac at info@mpipotomac.org no later than April 5, 2021. Full refunds minus a processing fee of 25% will be provided if cancellation is received before this date. No refunds will be provided for cancellations received after April 5, 2021.  Substitutions are welcome at no charge.  No-shows will not be refunded.

What types of health and safety protocols will be utilized on-site?

The Hotel at the University of Maryland has launched a comprehensive cleaning and sanitization program called EVER Strong to ensure the safety of its guests and team members.

The EVENT Strong program is designed to deliver event experiences that are customized, safe & socially responsible based on four specific areas of focus:  Environmental Systems, Technology and Food and Beverage.
